Refunds: 

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the order when received has any damaged product(s). All sales are final.

Please note, Charmify reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customers must include the order number, photos of the damaged product, a photo of the shipping box, and a screenshot of the order confirmation e-mail.
The replacement or return in such a case shall be at the discretion of "Charmify By Yasha".

Hygiene and Safety Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn or removed from their original packaging unless they are defective or damaged.

All online orders for both pickup and delivery are to be paid in advance in full online when your order is placed.
