Shipping policy

Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately within 24 hours and once the 24-hour window is completed from placing the order, we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation within 0-7 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 2-5 days to ship via our logistics partners.

PLEASE enter your address carefully as we can not make changes once you have confirmed the order.

Charmify By Yasha is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Once we hand it over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner which ever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.
